I spent $100 for coins, and bought multiple tiers like the mercy premium battle pass +20 tiers, soldier and Dva +20 tiers and I bought the rest of the tiers for the battle pass, I have no received my Mercy skin nor have I received ALL my tier skips. I would like this resolved IMMEDIATELY.
