Battle.net purchases/gifts and Switch syncs?

Perhaps I’m in the wrong area, or maybe I’ve not looked in the right places, but I was under the impression that with a linked BNet account, your purchases and gifts would sync with other platforms?

I have read that, for example, my unlocked in-game purchases wouldn’t sync to my Switch account (first time OW Console attempt). However, I was curious about skins/etc. gifted to me would sync over?

For example, my Pink Mercy skin was gifted to me from another player via PC. Would this sync to my Switch account too? I can’t find it.

They do not sync between platforms.

Just to clarify, if you receive any “promotional” item from outside of the game to your BattleNet account, it will distribute to all console platforms you have linked to that BattleNet account. Such items include:

• Overwatch League Tokens from watching Overwatch League on Twitch (but not the skins purchased from the tokens). Please note the 2019 OWL Season is over so no tokens can be earned until 2020.
• Any promotional sprays earned from watching eligible streams (there are currently no active promotions).
• Items received from the BlizzCon Virtual Ticket. (The 2019 Virtual Ticket is now available.)
• Promotional items from purchasing other Deluxe Blizzard games. (Current eligible games include World of WarCraft: Battle for Azeroth Digital Deluxe Edition and the WarCraft III Reforged Spoils of War Edition).

Note any one-time promotional items from before the Switch launch appear to not be included (even if you received the items in another platform).
