Bastion's tank barrel should be golden too

I have a Bastion megathread that has that as one of its points:

Bastion needs his golden weapons fixed. His tank cannon isn’t golden (Genji’s dragon blade is) and his welder isn’t golden (Genji’s short sword is gold too and it’s a secondary item as well, like the welder.) IDK why they weren’t golden to begin with.
