The grenade shown looks like a heal orb from Moira. Now since everything is in a WIP state, maybe it will change? I think the look is temporary, so I do hope it will get a better look.

I hope so too. That being said, there’s other stuff already shown that looks horrible when compared to the original OW visual effetcs, like Nano Boost. I really hope they update those or switch back to the older versions because they just look absolutely horrific.
I love OW art design but this visual effects look really bad, not worked at all. They are just floating clouds.
