The ult is easy to avoid. Instead of a single hit per artillery shell, make the following:
- Each shell becomes a cluster bomb
- Same constant damage from edge to edge of the circle. Damage per second has to be significant; 150 to 200.
- Guaranteed value: each cluster bomb lasts 3 seconds
Basically a Torb ult but aimed the same way like current Bastion ult. With a taller hit box.
Area denial has a guaranteed value.
Single target burst damage is only good if there is a high hitting chance, which is not the case rn.

Just make it a real mode and not just 3 shots. Make it stay up for 10 seconds and weaker shots.
Really it’s just the question “do they have Zen or Ana”. Maybe Sym, too, because TP has such a long cd.
Otherwise it’s wasted.
all ow2 ultimates suck, developers ruined the game forever, thats why classic was more fun, ultimates mean something

His Ultimate rework is one of the worst changes from OW1 to OW2. I can never forgive…
I have had some kills from it but I much prefer his original Tank Config Ult.

A longer ult with weaker faster shots is kinda cool, but i love that characters need to synergize to maximize ult value. Hanzo/Zar Bast/Zar Cree/LW.
A character doesn’t need to be free of flaws in their kit to be well-designed.
