E ability: Tankmode
you transform into a weaker tankmode
120 damage per shot
āfootstepā sound decreased to normal audio instead of the echoing ultimate sound
configure time 1 second down from 1.5
5-6 ammo in a clip
2 second reload time
no self damage
This will give him some vertical mobility as well as a way of dealing with fast, flighty heroes. It has less damage potential than recon and sentry but has a higher burst with a splash radius.
New ultimate: Overclock
This will allow rapid switching between modes so you can adapt to the situation at hand vastly increasing his ability to change his specialization in a fight
Overclocked Recon
This will double down on the main point of recon, movement while making his gun not suck during his ultimate
Overclocked Sentry
This will increase his effectiveness as an immovable defensive structure while ulting, much like Torbās level 3 turret
Overclocked Tankmode
This will just be old tank so you can still assault with higher burst like normal but you donāt get the damage of sentry like Overclocked Sentry or the mobility of Overclocked Recon

Headshots added
Bloom added to weapon
Initial accuracy of 1.25Ā°, bloom starts after 0.3 seconds of continuous fire
Reaches a maximum of 2Ā° after 0.3 seconds of additional continuous fire
Ammo reduced to 250
Reload time increased to 2.5 seconds (Formerly 2 seconds)
Configuration Tank (E Ability)
Damage reduced to 120 (Formerly 205)
Splash damage now ranges from 40 - 85 damage (Formerly 70 - 145)
Splash radius reduced to 2 meters (Formerly 4 meters)
Tank tread sounds reduced
3 shots per clip
Ammo reloads over time similar to Doomfistās gun
Shot timer and reload timer are independent, meaning he can reload shots even while shooting. This gives an effective 5 shots to begin with, and then one shot every 2 seconds afterwards.
Ammo reloads at 1 shell per 2 seconds
No self damage
Transformation time reduced to 1 second (Formerly 1.5 seconds)
Ironclad (Passive)
Persistent Ironclad is removed from all modes (Sentry and Tank)
Ironclad is now bound to Self-repair

Starts healing instantly instead of having an 0.5 second delay
Applies 25% Ironclad for duration of repair
Overclock (Ultimate Ability)
Adds 150 armor to all forms
Alternatively, gives passive 35% Ironclad in Sentry/Tank, and 20% Ironclad in Recon. These are not bound to repair, they are passive.
Instantly reloads all ammo for all forms
Reduces transformation time by half
Lasts 8 seconds
Overclock (Recon mode)
Increases movement by 18% (From 5.5 m/s to 6.5 m/s)
Increases rate of fire by 50% (From 8 r/s to 12 r/s)
Reduce reload speed by 50% (From 1.5 s to 1 s)
Overclock (Sentry mode)
Grants CC immunity
Increases rate of fire by 16% to (From 30 r/s to 35 r/s)
Overclock (Tank mode)
Recharge rate decreased to 1 second (Normally 2 seconds)
Increase direct hit damage to 205
Reverts splash damage and radius to their current values

I made the suggestion before of instead of Ironclad, Bastion would simply receive 75 extra armor while in Sentry or Tank. I like the enhanced survivability, but understand the problem with having armor with damage resistance on top of it.
Iām just going to say it, the devs will TRY listening to you guys, and it will result in Bastion being turned into a mess, then youāll realize how ridiculous your suggestions were.
But if that day comes and Iām wrong, then Iāll rejoice with you. But it wonāt.

lol, im fine with that. Bastion truly cannot get any worse than he is at this moment. Any new addition to his toolkit would be welcome. I mean this genuinely, BASTION CANNOT GET ANY WORSE. Heās already a mess.

Honestly, I think the repair buffs were plenty of a āsurvivability buffāā¦ If they want to make him more survivable, why not put Ironclad on self-repair? Only give damage resist while repairingā¦
Changing a heroās health on the fly seems like a strange thing to doā¦ If he loses that armor, then transforms and transforms back, does he get it back?

That is true, but I love Bastion, so Iām sticking around for the long haul.
Iāve also listed a fair number of nerfs if it is too strongā¦ Like the whole damage reduction + barrier damage boost thing to keep him as a barrier buster, but not as strong of a enemy buster.
Things that keep him fun to play (because he can still hit things), but not as hard to play against
