meh, the lucio nerf being reverted wouldn’t be enough to change the current meta. with all the zarya nerfs and the buffs/new additions of dps characters who entire play styles are anti reinhardt. a little more speed isn’t going to stop the
ridiculous amounts of stuns that reinhardt takes the moment he drops his shield.

Well, another change that would help is reducing the slow effect from Halt by about half.

And buffing Brig to be able to main heal, and duo with Lucio
