Yeah but the problem is that usually Riptire is thrown from the roof (where you can´t see it) if Baps hears it he can just throw the field an be safe even if he does not know where it comes from
If they actually were healing, maybe he would be fine. All the Baptistes I have seen are jumping around shooting the enemy, using IF to save themselves, and never healing. (Just a bit of salt here)
In reality, I think we should wait a little longer. He has been able to solo heal some teams I was on, but he has to really focus on it and almost never do damage. I would wait one more week as people get used to him
then I must be oddbal here because I like to heal and use IF to protect teammates aswell
honestly, why do people play supports and go DPS, with Moira atleast you have an excuse to do that

He seems completely dependent on Field for value… I’d love to see it nerfed to compensate for very needed buffs elsewhere.
No. Let’s let him simmer for a bit before we just start slapping buffs on him.
Its similar to ana nade. It can counter all healing ults but takes timing and skill to use. Also durration ults dont stop it. Death blossem, barage, etc break it quick.
yeah but because effect last 0.5 sec after it get destroyed, it still blocks those ults
