Civilian settlements is debateable but did they kill anyone?
Overwatch has two archive events in which they actively kill people for an objective.
To advance society.
Overwatch shuts down conflict and grief to keep a status quo even at the cost of unhappiness and freedom
Widow doesn’t seem that way tbh. I think she killed him through realizing that maybe he wasn’t all that great even tho she loved him.
They had a goal. They wanted to bring awareness. Goal achieved
Talon shows how oppressive overwatch and the like are . How flawed they behave. Where they do wrong imo
