Went into comp game, chat wasn’t working, and I had a muted icon over my chat head. Made a party to check if mic was working, it was. Checked my settings, looked like al comm channels were open, plus I hadn’t touched them in decades. Would appreciate a look into my account to see if I got chat banned or if there’s another error going on.
Not seeing any sort of ban on our end. Is this a console account and if so are you playing on PS4 or Xbox One? Would recommend making sure the ports for voice chat listed here are forwarded.
Would also check to make sure the NAT type isn’t too strict. Microsoft has an article here with info about that.
On Xbox One. Nothing about our NAT type has changed between yesterday and today, despite everything working fine yesterday. I’ll look at both links though. Thanks
