Hello again, when my Battle.net account was banned for three days on May 27th because of sending tickets. My main topic was recently forcefully closed, and it seems that it was because of the posts from a lawyerly guy. I’m relatively new to the forum, so I didn’t know that my topics could be closed due to someone else’s actions, which is impressive. I wanted to contact someone and ask them to delete what they didn’t like, and reopen it, but there were no links. I sent an email to dpo or something, and they asked me to submit another ticket
So, here I am, in an endless loop.
I re-installed my entire Windows 11 system yesterday in order to set it up manually again in a strict and controlled environment. You know, turning off services, checking the registry and so on. So, while doing this, I found that when installing Razer Synapse 3, there were a few optional features available before installation, such as chroma and macros. Now, I finally understand what people were talking about. My previous version only had Synapse, and I was confused about where they could find anything more. Now, I’m pretty sure that Razer Synapse 3 was not the cause of my ban. I’ll remind you that my data says that it was due to cheating, which was confirmed by a special team after they reviewed 9 tickets I submitted. A week ago, I was a bit anxious about the mention of macros and asked gpt if it was my case. It said “If you’re just manually switching DPI using a keybind to change sensitivity during gameplay this is not considered a bannable macro. It’s just a hardware-level sensitivity change, like adjusting your mouse.”
The time for the cherry on the cake is here. I mentioned before that I have a fourth account, because there was a drama to start over again and not get banned. When I reinstalled the launcher, I was asked to confirm my login via email. When I checked, I found an email about the closure of my account and a permanent ban due to violating something. After that, there was another message saying “After performing an additional review of the evidence considered in this action, we determined this account closure was an error. We’re reopening the account for play, and hope you’ll accept our sincere apologies for the mistake.” It was unbanned 20 minutes after it was closed. To be honest, I don’t know how to describe what happened. I told people here about mass reports, but almost nobody believed me, and some said I was just a cheater. Interestingly, though, why didn’t they find anything about cheating that time, when I had the same set-up as I did on my main account? A rhetorical question.
I will change the region of support for sending tickets because my account is already cooked. So, wish me luck.
I know that nobody cares, and that my topic is interrupting other topics here. To discuss the real problem of the Sombra ban, I will do so in silence. It’s a legacy that I tried my best, but it didn’t work. As I mentioned before, I also want to say that I am absolutely the same person who never opened this forum before I was banned. We learn it only by facing it ourselves.
If Ryan Gosling had just said “I drive,” I would have simply said “I play.”
