Ban. And a few words in memory of my closed topic

Hello again, when my Battle.net account was banned for three days on May 27th because of sending tickets. My main topic was recently forcefully closed, and it seems that it was because of the posts from a lawyerly guy. I’m relatively new to the forum, so I didn’t know that my topics could be closed due to someone else’s actions, which is impressive. I wanted to contact someone and ask them to delete what they didn’t like, and reopen it, but there were no links. I sent an email to dpo or something, and they asked me to submit another ticket

So, here I am, in an endless loop.

I re-installed my entire Windows 11 system yesterday in order to set it up manually again in a strict and controlled environment. You know, turning off services, checking the registry and so on. So, while doing this, I found that when installing Razer Synapse 3, there were a few optional features available before installation, such as chroma and macros. Now, I finally understand what people were talking about. My previous version only had Synapse, and I was confused about where they could find anything more. Now, I’m pretty sure that Razer Synapse 3 was not the cause of my ban. I’ll remind you that my data says that it was due to cheating, which was confirmed by a special team after they reviewed 9 tickets I submitted. A week ago, I was a bit anxious about the mention of macros and asked gpt if it was my case. It said “If you’re just manually switching DPI using a keybind to change sensitivity during gameplay this is not considered a bannable macro. It’s just a hardware-level sensitivity change, like adjusting your mouse.”

The time for the cherry on the cake is here. I mentioned before that I have a fourth account, because there was a drama to start over again and not get banned. When I reinstalled the launcher, I was asked to confirm my login via email. When I checked, I found an email about the closure of my account and a permanent ban due to violating something. After that, there was another message saying “After performing an additional review of the evidence considered in this action, we determined this account closure was an error. We’re reopening the account for play, and hope you’ll accept our sincere apologies for the mistake.” It was unbanned 20 minutes after it was closed. To be honest, I don’t know how to describe what happened. I told people here about mass reports, but almost nobody believed me, and some said I was just a cheater. Interestingly, though, why didn’t they find anything about cheating that time, when I had the same set-up as I did on my main account? A rhetorical question.

I will change the region of support for sending tickets because my account is already cooked. So, wish me luck.

I know that nobody cares, and that my topic is interrupting other topics here. To discuss the real problem of the Sombra ban, I will do so in silence. It’s a legacy that I tried my best, but it didn’t work. As I mentioned before, I also want to say that I am absolutely the same person who never opened this forum before I was banned. We learn it only by facing it ourselves.

If Ryan Gosling had just said “I drive,” I would have simply said “I play.”

I’m going to be honest. I really want to read all of that. But it’s a Saturday night and I’m drunk. So I’m going to agree to keep everyone happy

I must be the drunk one, I thought it was Sunday. Time is moving so slow and I am exhausted…

But anyways, your blind agreement has made me displeased. I am not happy.

Nah I’m here with you buddy, I have to purge my entire computer and do a fresh install because Blizzard’s team swears on god I cheated in overwatch. a near 10 year old account with pretty much every skin, a battle.net account from 08 and a regular WoW player since vanilla . I decided out of no where to twirl my mustache and cheat in a game I love dearly. It’s disheartening and everyone I talk to and try to find more information about what possibly could have set off warden - just says “well you must have cheated”
It’s no fun to cheat, it doesn’t make you better, you don’t learn anything, and it just ruins the spirit of the game.

I already got threatened with battle.net closure, I don’t want to lose my WoW memories too. If a blizzard employee is reading this, please forward this kinds of things to higher ups, know there are people who didn’t cheat and maybe something is setting it off , a false positive or whatever. 10 years of memories just gone in an instant. I’m tired so so tired.

Hello again. Glad to see you.

I mentioned you and others in my deleted topic. Sorry to say that but I gave up. I created a huge topic here lately, spent a week to create it according to all forums rules. Used gpt for that to make it implicitly as possible. It didn’t last even an hour. Got a few reports in trolling here from people who wants to get higher position in Blizzard one day.

I stopped playing WoW a year ago because it died to me when they destroyed everything in my bags, which I had collected since 2016 for my Rogue main character. Support said “lol kek” instead of helping me in response. I thought at least I still had my ow account lmao. I’ve had Battle.net since 2011, but they can terminate it, I don’t care anymore.

There was my evidence. I mean, in the topic. So it doesn’t matter. Nobody is interested. if you are curious, you can find it by searching for latest posts using the word “evidence” on Reddit. I posted it there in a tiny community who has experienced the same, got 16 upvotes and just stopped to fight. I guess after 9 nine years I just became too good for this game so it’s my time to touch some grass. People watch 24/7 my post out there so I hope it will help someone to keep in mind that spending time, money and efforts won’t protect anyone from being cast into the Maw unjustly.

Hope you will be luckier and unbanned one day, because to me it’s over. I’m in a block list. Godspeed.

I am seriously not trying to “I told you so” or rub it in… but was this the “big thing” you had cooking that got nixed?

The beat all, receipts included, legally sound, gotcha?

Cause… I mean… this is the OW forums… and we’re all here just screaming at each other as I said. it’s better off on Reddit.

I had the same exact experience as you Ballas, I feel for you so hard with this :sob:

The truth is Blizzard support is outsourced & doesn’t care or probably even know how to even help, and there are lots of players here who think they can do no wrong. The sad part is you can make as many new OW accounts as you want, which is what I did when I finally threw in the towel after 20 tickets and putting the game down for a year.

They have the problem with their system, and I wanted to show it to them through people’s voices. Because I am probably the only person at the moment who has evidence in my hands to prove this. I can’t do it through Reddit because my IP is dead because I tried posting it on a new account, so I have nowhere else to post it except tiny communities to avoid shadowban. But, as I said, it doesn’t matter because one example from this forum has shown me enough that people will abuse the reporting system anytime they have the opportunity. Let them ban each other if that’s what they want, I don’t care. I’ve never reported anyone for anything for 9 years except a few times when I clearly saw rough aimbots, so I did everything I could and I wash my hands.

ArchAngela, I also mentioned your BattleTag. There were 20 people on my list that I collected over a month, so I’m sorry it didn’t work out. I tried my best.

i kinda read all that but i dont see how it was about the sombra competitive banning at the end?

what does razor synapse and it getting you banned have anything to do with sombra?

well… nvm… sombra does hack and yea she would get you banned if real. one of the reasons i would be wary of a real life sombra, even if hawt as hell. (nah one night would be good enough…kidding)

and they wonder why people go on the dark web and ddos their servers…

idk im just gonna say it. if blizzard provokes the wrong person all hell could break loose and that will be the end of this…

please blizzard, get ur stuff together and just do the right thing by ditching automated bans and customer support.

for all our sake. we dont need some angry video game nerd unleashing an ai written worm that obliterates everything in an act of vengence.

smh. :sob:
