Balance changes for all 36 heroes

Not really sure how you typed this out without realising you just killed the hero (like actually killed, not what Genji mains say after 1 tiny nerf).

Why would you think this could help the hero in any way you butchered him entirely :skull:

I already know that this is nothing worth reading, because besides maybe 2-4 heroes, there is no need to change most of them.

Slam does 50 and bass punch does 80, IF you hit them into a wall.

Why don’t you just make them heal the enemy if that’s too much?

So I’m on board with the barrage changes for the most part, though with AOE reduced the damage should at the very least remain the same.

Why reduce CB knockback though it’s already been impacted considerably since 2018/2019.

I doubt anyone should take these changes seriously. Just about all of the ā€œdamage reducedā€ changes have no numbers to specify what they mean.

Tbf, on some things, u were definitely cooking. I abosutely found the idea of challenging a random enemy to a duel to be funny af and that alone is a workshop code/mode idea… Otherwise, most of these changes are raw/undercooked.

There are some not too serious ideas thrown like the Cassidy ultimate. It just needs to be improved somehow and I couldn’t think of anything good. I wanted to remove the aimbot to put something skillful in place. I did the same for Soldiers ultimate and some other heroes’ abilities. :slight_smile:

The big picture for the changes are to nerf overbuffed tanks, redesign damage boosts to something else meaningful, and increase skill ceiling by adding headshots to abilities that don’t have it yet.

In my mind tanks are there to support in damage, not to actually solo the enemy. Generally speaking they now have good damage, great durability and great ultimates. I think tanks should have great utilities and great durability but not damage. That’s why all the nerfs to damage. No more team wiping ultimates and ā€œone-shotsā€.

All the ambiguous ā€œdamage done reducedā€ notes are just there to show that change is needed and more thought and testing is needed to find the actual numbers if something is done.
