Balance change I'd like to see

Junker Queen:

Adrenaline:

  • Healing increased from 1.75x to 2x damage dealt by bleed procs

Scatter Gun:

  • Damage per pellet increased from 8 to 10 (100 total)

Ramattra:

General:

  • Health adjusted in the ration H:A to 350/100

Void Accelerator:

  • Visuals made clearer

Void Barrier:

  • Cooldown reduced from 15 seconds to 13 seconds
  • Duration increased from 4 seconds to 5 seconds
  • Now made a toggle ability, allowing Ramattra to change the orientation of the barrier before placing

Ravenous Vortex:

  • Damage reduced from 15 to 0
  • Height increased from 7m to 21m
  • Radius increased from 6m to 8m
  • Cooldown reduced from 12 seconds to 10 seconds
  • Enemies inside the vortex are now Crippled

Orisa:

Javelin Spin:

  • Cooldown increased from 8 seconds to 9 seconds

Javelin Throw:

  • Cooldown increased from 7 seconds to 8 seconds

Cassidy:

Magnetic Grenade:

  • Damage reduced from 130 (65/65) to 80 (40/40)
  • Now stuns enemies for 0.45 seconds
  • Chase Range decreased from 13m to 11m

Genji:

Shuriken:

  • Damage increased from 27 to 29

Symmetra:

Photon Projector:

  • Ammo consumption per second reduced from 20 to 10

Teleporter:

Now creates a single portal in an ungrounded gateway, allowing Symmetra a single use, long range teleportarion. This ability has 2 charges.

  • Gateway lifetime: 2 seconds
  • Maximum Travel Range: 30m
  • Cooldown: 9 seconds per portal
  • Deploy Time: 0.3 seconds

Sojourn:

Railgun:

  • Primary Fire damage reduced from 10 to 8

Combat Slide:

  • Cooldown increased from 6 seconds to 8 seconds

Brigitte:

Shield Bash:

  • Damage reduced from 50 to 30
  • Cooldown increased from 5 to 6.5 seconds
  • Now stuns enemies for 0.4 seconds

Mercy:

Resurrect:

  • Movement Penalty reduced from 75% to 50%
  • Range increased from 5m to 7m
  • Cooldown reduced from 30 seconds to 25 seconds

Valkyrie:

Caduceus Staff:

  • Healing per second increased from 60 to 80
  • Chain healing reduced from 60 to 55

Resurrect:

  • Cast time reduced from 1.75 seconds to 1.3 seconds

I haven’t read through this all, but a lot of it seems decent.

But more than just raw stat changes, I think the devs are really interested in:

What is the problem. Why it’s important to solve it. What suggested direction to go to solve it, and why the other directions are worse. Why this change is best in that direction. What the immediate and secondary impacts/interactions of those changes would be.
