Also has anyone else performance tanked from winter wonderland day 1 to day 2? It was fine yesterday just like it’s been for awhile now tonight it’s been terrible.
Your title question and your post description seem to be two different related issues. Can you preciously elaborate what issues you are having?

Drop the game for a day or two and it fixes itself
Did it for me
If not try loading a custom game with bots to get the game used to the new update then try QP
Its probably to get blizzards attention faster lol
