I was in a competive game when the audio got really screwed up and sounded weird, the directional audio was broken and when I hit tab none of my stats were going up, the damage stayed at 0 until about half way through the game until it fixed itself and about a minute later went right back to not working.
Update: The damage not going up may have been the D.VA bug
