Hell I have watched Kenzo be one hell of a Ashe in his stream… So even if the character isn’t considered “Meta” doesn’t mean players aren’t gonna make her Meta in their way…

Ashe is not a long range hero. Full stop. You are playing her wrong and getting upset about it.
There just isn’t a point in buffing Ashe’s ammo.
If she’s doing subpar in a meta that isn’t in favor of her, buffing her isn’t going to make it better for her. She’s not going to suddenly be viable. What will happen is that if/when dive gets toned down (especially when Tracer gets a rightful nerf), you’d see Ashe being too strong and they’d just end up nerfing some other part of her kit that isn’t an issue instead of reverting the ammo buff.
I’d rather just not. Keep her as-is. Her ammo and range are fine. We don’t need to buff something that isn’t weak.

Though I’m sure the world would be impressed with your sub 10 percent accuracy rates with both Mei’s icicles and Ashe. No doubt about it.

Given that they admitted they didn’t play last season (and I’m just going to trust them on that, it would be a weird thing to lie about IMO), I’d say they simply don’t know that Ashe isn’t that weak; that it’s mainly because dive is strong right now. We saw Ashe super strong last season.
