It will only buff tracer when she headshots, bodyshots will still do 1/2 dmg.

Tracer fires bullets, bullets pen armor more, Tracer got a buff.
Others like soldier got a buff too, I’m not hatin’ I’m just appreciatin’ the wide ranging buff.
brig got some heavy nerfs so now tracer can just kill her ezy
Yeah, they’re trying really hard to nerf GOATS before OWL starts.
People liked Dive apparently it was fun to watch, but GOATS isn’t fun to watch.
So they’re trying to make tracer the golden child again.
Bullets that do less than 6 each does half damage on armor. Tracer’s bullets do 6 damage. Put two and two together.
Nah… Brig nerfs weren’t that big of a deal tbh. 30 second rally wear off is pretty negligible for most people.
Brig CAN die easier however from tracer… with bullets.
Armour nerf = DPS wide buff

Tracer deals 6 damage per bullet and the armor nerf cutoff is…6 damage.
Its also a nerf to Orisa, who is already very weak and super niche
It is a buff, it’s a buff to almost every DPS.
This opens the possibility for not only viable DPS in the meta (rather than 3-0-3), but also varied DPS picks due to the buff across the board.
Not sure why one hero would be the focus when this effects everyone.

Because you will see tracer more again, you won’t see more Soldier for example. You aren’t wrong, but I’m more focused on the reality we live in as opposed to the hopes and dreams of OW seeing more diverse meta.
