Hi tech support,
I’m trying to make up for my weak 2700x tanking my 2080ti’s performance ingame. It’s not an actual problem, but I know I could get more out of the gpu if I can reduce the cpu bottleneck. I want to try get a constant >= 240fps even in the middle of a huge team fight.
Is it ok to use command line arguments in the game? It’s a function available in the blizzard laucher but I wanna be sure I don’t get banned for anything.
The actual command I found is:
“–Tank_WorkerThreadCount X”
Where you replace the X with the number of threads you want the game to use.
I want to make it use more threads (maybe the full 16?) and see if that helps, but obviously want to check this is ok to do first.
