DPS have SO much more damage then healers and bigger kits, if you aren’t able to kill healers then that problem is on you not us.
Also this narrative of DPS players wanting every single healer to be nerfed and their kits to be destroyed is getting old.
But I’m certain they’d be the first to complain about lack of healing even after it happened though.

You give Moira’s Attack the same Width of New Zarya or Sym AND Improve her damage doing it?
I’mm all for it… Beam’s probably larger and it’ll be easier to delete annoyances like Genji players.
With only 30 healing per second off of it she’s not unreasonable to kill.

Cause she doesn’t need much skill doing it, if any at all. 
I mean, aiming with the beam is still dann easy, it should get harder without compensation, or make the health resource recharge faster on dmg, but blizz needs to start discouraging dps Moira’s
There are multiple healers straight up designed to be trivially easy answers to dps.
Dps is the weakest class is the game for reasons.
Every hero has skill, yes some have less than others but can we stop saying that some have none.
Even if she is lower skill, she still takes skill to play her properly.

It already is discouraged though, that’s the thing. The ONLY people who play her like that will be in the Bronze and Silver tiers because that play style isn’t viable higher than that.
People that know how to play her and have the skill to use her healing to it’s full potential are in the higher ranks.
You can’t climb playing DPS Moira because the lack of healing you aren’t churning out will consistently disadvantage your team and you will lose.

Yes. Dps are balanced to a much lower power level because of that perception of the majority.
Sombra Symmetra Torbjörn and Reaper all got nerfed fairly recently.
Sombra straight up has a negative winrate at every rank, but her hack is perceived oppressive because its loud and purple…
Reaper with 50% life steal was still just a bad Roadhog, but he cant be viable or tanks have a counter.
Hanzo and Widow have a negative winrate too, but people only care for the few occasions when they encounter a really good player.
Even Tracer gets nerf requests still, despite being useless since Brigitte.
The only actually strong dps is Doomfist, who basically has the kit of a tank…
One exception wont override a 15 hero rule.
YESSS… ive been sayin this in all mmy matches… IF ANYBODY deserves a beam nerf its MORIA LOL… like so easily like omg i dont know like its so crazy how its not even thought of yet.

You cant have a hitscan weapon that does 50DPS. That would be laughable.
