Yesterday I watched OWL through the app and received tokens for the 1st set of matches, but didn’t get any for the 2nd set of matches. Today I watched OWL on the app and received ZERO tokens after watching all the matches. I saw that some ppl said to refresh the app after each round, which didn’t work btw, but we shouldn’t HAVE to refresh ANYTHING if the app was working properly.
Sadly, you cannot recover tokens you didn’t receive for previous time spent watching. However, for future matches, I recommend carefully following Blizzard’s help document about token earning here: Didn't Receive Overwatch League Tokens From Watching Matches - Blizzard Support
