yeah mb, what graphics card do you own? I do play at 1080p trying to get the most fps.
The 3070 gtx is more than enough on my opinion

- 1440p HDR, 120 fps/hz "Ultra settings with ray on âUltraâ
To play âCompetitive-gamesâ 1080p/360hz monitors will be Standard everything âLowâ. When you are playing competitive the last thing you do its look the graphics.
You are too focused on destroy the enemy also. Every âPost-processing-graphicâ effect adds input lag
3080 / 3090 still not enough powerull to 4k & 144hz. I feel 4080-4090 will be the GPUS capable of move these FPS at that resolutions
Im gona upgrade to 3070 GTX to play on my 4K, HDR, 60 FPS everything on âUltraâ and gona get a 360hz monitor to play 1080p/300fps every competitive game.
Iâm currently running a 960gtx. And if I had the money to upgrade, I would. I fear the day when I download Cyperpunk 2077 and my tower just simply explodes.

Somebody knows about âTechâ and is not a âNoobâ will never upgrade from 1080 GTX / 1080 TI / Vega x64 to a 2080-2080 TI.
Having 11 Teraflops and paying 1500 usd for 14 teraflops sorry but only an âignorantâ will do such waste of money.
Somebody knows what is doing always upgrade their âPC-PARTSâ for DOUBLE or TRIPLE potencyâŚ

Truth be told, my rtx super 2070 will last me for another few years. Iâll wait till next generation. I want radeon, but their drivers are kinda crap.

Only problem with this monitor for freesynce is it doesnât have hdr which kind of defeats the point of the freesynce premium pro.
The only thing better is the Samsung C32HG70 32" HDR QLED 144Hz 1ms scrfeen with freesync premium pro. You can play OW at 144, 1440p with hdr and the ips like response time. Only problem is the screen isnât cheap.

You do realize that the term âPC Gaming Master Raceâ was used to be an ironic insult to the fact that PC gamers as a whole have an illogical superiority complex that is not based in reality that makes them think they are somehow better than other gamers despite logical reason to do so.
The fact that a lot of PC gamers took that saying and went âya we really are that condescending and arrogantâ is sort of a sad commentary.
Iâm waiting for AMD to reveal what they have and more importantly for benchmarks to show up for all these cards. There is a rumor that theyâll have a card thatâs close to 3080 performance while only costing 50 bucks more than the 3070. If that turns out to be true then I might just go for that⌠unless they screw up with the drivers, again.
I want to run Cyberpunk at 60-75fps on 2k ultrawide which my 1070 wonât be able to handle.
Just wish the 3080 wasnât so power hungry⌠and had a bit more vram.

PC Master Race is not a opinion itâs a fact. Consoles can only do 1 thing. That 1 thing is games. PCâs can do more than just play games. I am sorry that you do not believe that PC is the Master Race.

u do realize that especially in this game 1440 doesnt really look much better than 1080?
I mean 1080 is still king as you can get 300 easily, and game still looks just as good.
I used to play on a 1080p monitor. However I upgraded to a 1440p 144hz monitor 2 years ago and I simply cannot go back to 1080p.
To me the resolution makes it so I dont need antialias on and it just makes every game more pleasing to the eye.
That and it also gives me more workspace when running multiple terminal windows.
I am good with my RTX2080. Maybe I will get the 4080 when it comes out and is worth it. Currently? There are no games that would run better with the new 3000 cards. I have G-sync so I dont need 300 FPS anyway^^
If you sit a METER away from the screen then yes. If you sit 50cm or closer and you see the difference.
