So I just logged in and instantly got into the game. Suddenly, I checked my hero pool and half of the roster is locked. I played Overwatch since 2019 so why all of the sudden it’s locked?? Also I try queuing for a match and it’s been over 10 minutes? BLIZZARD, GET IT TOGETHER!

Same issue here too. Most of my chars are suddenly locked. Was fine yesterday…
Closing OW2 and reopening it fixed it at least once…fingers crossed the queue is better though.

Question because my understanding is the people who are SUPPOSED to have heroes are “new” players….is there a chance that you’ve been away from game for a very long time and it considers you a new player (even if you were here 5 years ago)
I ask because stuff like the founders pack has a cutoff…I believe it’s some time last year…. perhaps something similar is happening with “new” players
Nah I been playing 2019-present. My stuff was fine yesterday now this happen.
Yep same just happened to me, most of my hero’s suddenly locked and telling me I need to unlock or get a battle pass.
I just restarted my game and it seemed to fix it. Was scary getting into a comp game only to realise none of my mains were playable xD

That’s what I did too. Seem to be fine now but still.
relaunch the game it’ll get fixed!
