Any way to remove the golden weapon shine?

Hi there! This is just really a peeve, but there is a white shine effect that appears on golden weapons every few seconds. Basically, is there any way to turn off this effect? I like how golden weapons look, but this effect really ruins them for me. it doesn’t look like the golden weapons are shining, it looks like a white line is just running through the weapon.

Golden guns are fine for me with just the twinkling, but the white streak that appears every few seconds can potentially be distracting. If anybody can find an answer please post below. I play on Ultra settings currently.
