Have him move at the same 6m/s as Tracer and Genji as well as having Lunge on 4 seconds cooldown, that way, even though he wouldn’t have one shot capability, he would have a much easier time repositioning and stuff, it would also make some sense seeing as he is also a skilled “assassin ninja” like his brother.

Edit: Appearently, Lunge is still 4 seconds cooldown, then have it cover a little more distance instead.

His Lunge is already on a 4 second CD.

Coulda swore they reverted that buff, then maybe increasing the distance it covers by around 10% instead would make sense as well, since its influenced by his base movement speed already, it would end up going a pretty good distance more than currently.
