Yes, you can hit and miss with ana or bap, but they can also heal you constantly without significant delay. Plus, those heroes have secondary healing source to compensate their accuracy (both AoE mind you). 65 is very low for single target burst healing with no secondary healing source.

No, it’s not. 50 healing splash was what Baptiste started with, and players complained that it was too much. They settled now with two differences to his primary heal; hit the target and you get 70, miss the target but land the splash and get 55. Lifeweaver sits between the two since he doesn’t have to aim (much).
