What you are describing is just Overwatch 2 since Echo was released, which I wouldn’t call bloat I would just say that their design philosophy has changed.
You could make this type of description for any hero and they’d sound bloated because you are pulling apart her abilities, in reality her kit is pretty in line with how she is meant to be.
She can heal and damage, place a speed boost, dash, and damage boost with her ultimate.
Now lets look at a REAL insane hero, Ana.
She can both heal AND damage with her gun, not only that she is a sniper
She can heal and damage AND anti-heal with her a grenade
she also has CC with her sleep dart
she can also give a damage boost to an ally, which also fully heals then and gives them a boost in defense.
see what I am doing? Every hero sounds insane when you put them under the microscope.
