From what I experience it isn’t that hard to shoot rockets while on the ground. It’s all about making not only bodyshots, but also juggle around the enemy by shooting towards their feet. It’s all about making predictions with the rockets really.

It’s absolutely not more intuitive, because Pharah don’t just shoot rockets at her maximum fire rate. You can’t know for sure when Pharah will fire a rocket, if she’s not just spamming a general area.
The last mechanic let Mercy damage boost Pharah the moment she SAW the rocket would hit. Now you literally have to guess when Pharah is gonna shoot. That means you can’t just damage boost for a split second, or else you’re probably gonna miss the timing

I was saying she was / is and then someone brought up her pick rates and win rates. 
Stupid statistics.
It is actually not so bad around chokes. The only issue is you will get merc’d. In short bursts, that is actually where most of my damage comes from.
If the ideal way to play Pharah, and the devs want you to primarily play on foot, then they need to remove self-harm from her whole kit
Oh, I just figured there was a buffer and it started when she fired. That is lame if it is restricted solely to when she is firing.
I am no Pharah main but a lot of Pharah’s I see will fly around buildings/obstacles/cover and in those instances it seems like you can aim for the cover and if they Pharah is close to it then she gets healed. I haven’t tried it but those grenades travel a long distance and they do explode on buildings etc. I am wondering if he could actually be good at healing her with some coordination. It wont work well in wide open areas though.

Do you mean she can be powerful ?
If so, yeah, for sure, if you can play her and there’s no hitscan and/or hitscans can’t aim properly enough, you’re not very threatened. But you have to be really good to actually deal relevant damage with her, and if people are in lower elo’s, they are not supposed to be godlike with a character
I’d say characters like Bastion are way more easily “exploitable” to carry in lower elo’s while not putting as much effort as you would need with other heroes. Pharah is annoying but just as hard as the others
Hey, good point, didn’t think about that. I don’t know if the aoe is good enough tho. That’s the kind of things we will see later I guess !
Pharah doesn’t necessarily have to be in the sky 100% of the time, heck playing her grounded is legit in a lot of cases.
