I’ve only experienced this with ana but it happens often. Sometimes when I initially pick Ana I have the normal weapon skin even though I have jade equipped. I’ve only noticed this with the A-7000 WG skin. I haven’t tried any others yet.

Sometimes have normal gun instead of gold also which ive had equipped since ow1. /shrug
