Yea Moira is trash for now. Plus she is just half finished in this current state as she will get more changes at some point anyways.

If the just leave her this way they will need to adjust her drain rate by 1. 13 instead of 14.

I don’t think it’s about duration- it’s more about effect.
All enemies with 0% healing for 4 seconds is basically killing the support heroes for 4 seconds which is pretty broken…

They either need to reduce the amount of players that can be hit from 6 to 1 or reduce the ammount of healing blocked from 0% healing recieved up to 20-35% but don’t reduce duration because then you just just give your team smaller window of opportunity to do anything and 4 seconds is fine in my opinion at least…

Genji is viable and not useless. Just because he isn’t meta doesn’t make him useless. He’s got viable stats in GM, and is a top dps for most of ladder.

You’re falling for the old genji main trick of complaining constantly that genji is useless to try to get him buffed to insane levels again when they know full well he is now in a perflectly good spot after the buffs he kept. There were threads about how after getting 4 buffs and 2 reverts he is now in a worse state than before even though he kept 2 buffs. They just whine and whine hoping to get back super-gingu now that they had a taste for the power. Blizzard can see right through them.
