What have some skins been removed from skin selection?

Yeah, noticed this today as well. Don’t own the skin yet I don’t have it available in the gallery for purchase. Could be a bug.
My wild guess, though, is that they removed it from the hero gallery as they are planning to offer this as an upcoming twitch / summer event reward sometime during summer. This way it would not be unfair for those, who might buy it beforehand only to realize later on they’d get it for free if they had waited just a little longer.
