Ana is bad because of her actual healing being blocked by shields and matrix, not being her abilities are bad against dive. Her kit is actually really powerful but she’s the only one in the game with healing that can be blocked, no amount of utility can really make up for that.
I’m still of the opinion that an Ana with an aimbot would probably win vs a D.va
