Hi guys! I’m sorry about my English.
I earned a loot box this morning with queue reward system and, even when the gold icon appears in the main screen, it doesn’t appears when I try to open it. I’ve entered overwatch a couple of times today and it stills bugged. I’ve tried to switch between “next” and “prev” loot box but it doesn’t work. What can i do?

I also have the same problem, I got a loot box with the queue reward system but I can’t open it. I have filmed the bug as a proof but I can’t share it here.
