it’s almost like all the salty ppl who got “4 dps” arent playing. i love it so much. I also love how short the q times are and how often people swap. plz keep it as a permanent mode!
I’d also love a Competitive Classic Mode that we can q for instead of the 222 q for the season.

You’re lucky lol. Any time I go into QPC, I end up with 3-4 dps, and usually 1 or none tanks.

really? I had only one game where it wasnt 222. I solo tanked as sig with 3 dps and 2 supports. I also have very little time on him (less than an hour) and we won against 222 (if you can call it that since they had hog)
agreed. even before the implementation it was never more than 2-3 dps. sometimes 6 support. 5 tanks one support etc
it was really fun and less queue times.

I have about 6 hours now I think? I’ve gotten 2-2-2 a couple times, but it’s been rare.

Im on pc and xbox and idk how im lucky. are you more likely to pick a dps tank or support? i usually pick a hero and swap to what we need so maybe thats why? idk if that encourages picking or not but it could be a factor

I’ve posted about this a couple of times…it’s almost as if the mythical 5 dps comp that was often used as the reason for needing a role queue was total bs 
I’ve gone so far as to ask what the purpose of role queue is in qp…because based on the last month and a half…the best answer I can come up with so far is “to sit in a queue for the same game”

yah I never saw that except maybe once or twice not counting intentional meme comps with ppl i met with LFG.
I usually pick support or tank if we need it. (I enjoy the roles and that’s why most of my time is spent in role queue quickplay since queues aren’t bad.)
Though, the most fun I’ve had has been in QPC, where we had a 1 Rein, 5 supports team lol. The meme comps make QPC worth it for me.

It’s not that bad in QPC (wouldn’t even mind it in QP in general, not sure why role queue came there.) Just hated to see it in my comp games, as it rarely worked that well (at least not 4 dps, 3dps occasionally worked well, especially if run with a Hammond tank.)

i found the opposite 222 vs non 222 i had about equal win rates with communication being the largest factor even against high skill/popping off heroes. love shutting down the latter

At least half of the time you’d get 5 DPS and a single healer (usually Ana/Mercy). The team that actually went 2-2-2 just stomped because the other team didn’t care enough to counter that with their own 2-2-2. Heaven forbid that you’d get a 6-stack on the enemy team, because there would be no chance whatsoever simply due to the inequality created by 2-2-2 compared to 1-1-4.

Might have to do with SR differences. As you go to higher SRs, people are more uptight about sticking to meta. Even in QP, MMR could effect people’s outlooks on whether they’re willing to flex.
i wouldn’t really ever get 4dps let alone 5.
usually i feel thats just bc of counters or just bad matchups
i mean regardless of comp 6 stack vs 6 solo you’ll lose
i mean lately i’ve been in plat bc my sr has dropped over the months due to only playing placements and usually you place slightly lower than where you belong. before was diamond and only once got into low masters when on console (im higher on pc usually but dont play it much anymore). idk if qpc really is THAT affected but still almost always 222

2-2-2 has an incredibly huge fundamental advantage compared to 5 DPS lol.
Nah, if people swap to meta then it’s definitely possible. It’s just difficult, because they have to care about the win more than the practice on the DPS hero that they wanted to play. Nobody really cares about the win in QP, so often it was an insta-lose.

I’m in bronze, and I’ve never had an issue with the comps, lol.
I think it was something that people complained a lot more about than it actually happened.
