How many heroes do you swap ? Do you counter instantly or do you wait till you wipe and they take the point?
Matches are pretty short and you make an error you are done.

I swap when my hero doesnt do well and report no-swappers. This is not a normal fps game where only good aim counts, and people must learn and understand it! If somebody is playing with negative kd his OTP, I dont care! He is throwing. Simple

After you swap, your main focus should be to pressure the red team.
Maybe your pressure will help the other dps who is lacking
Second shield tank means longer games.

I swap if I can’t adjust my play style and another hero i like playing has easily way more value and I currently basically throw.
if nobody has any value anyway, I try to have fun instead of any value.
if my friend for example is 30:2 and I am 3:6 I swap because i start to feel bad ngl.
Many people don’t swap because they have a shallow hero pool in the role they’re on. They’re only comfortable on one or two characters, and don’t think they can perform well on a character that can potentially deal with the counter situation.
This is everything wrong with the game and why an entire role is currently dying. People who can’t even begin to imagine improvement and outplaying the other team but instead crutching on hard counters. You learn absolutely nothing by doing this and while you may win that particular game you’re deliberately preventing yourself improving. It’s how to get hardstuck 101.

They should spend more time in Openque and not try for role que.
