True, matchmaker can never be 100% perfect, but most picks are predictable.
The most people will play the same hero (class) in a row and the same counts for team composition, some players fill always, some never.
Play in QP with LFG.
Honestly, I understand why Jeff is mad about LFG. People like the OP are all the same saying “I want balance team in QP even with a longer queue time, fix this” well, it’s already fixed!
Just use LFG, look for a group, choose your class and TADAH, you’re in a game with a more balance team.

For real, I understand the OP because I was the same.
I wanted to train my DPS skills in QP and I was mad because no one wanted to play healers or tanks…
The I used LFG and it was way easier.
The difference is simply 10 minutes, or just 2 games instead of 1.
But, why cant people just practice on the modes that are made for practice
, for me it is rather that people use my favorite game mode in the wrong way

Just use the filter and it will be easier to find a game.
Dunno on which server you are, but on mine (EU) I find at least 3 games for QP 2-2flex-2 with no mic to enjoy chill balance games

Ive noticed that too, the majority of the team will create a composition.
Yet there is always that one kid who wont care pick whatever and ruin the game for everyone, cry that its quickplay and tell everyone to git good because their a rank below them in SR.

I’m totally cool with enforced role requirements across the board though.
No i dont speak it, i only write in it on forum sometimes and in programming but it needs realy basic version of it.
