All Mythic skins are gone + shop

I bought the Mythic Ana skin yesterday. When i opened my game today, she was gone. Like the hole shop is gone. I payed 50 Euros for Mythic currentcy and 10 Euros for the battle pass. I want my skin back. Pls fix this bug

My skins are gone as well.

I did some research. The skins in question was causing disconnects and game crashing, so the mythic store, as well as all the skins, have been temporarily disabled.
