Hi I was wondering if someone can help me to get a re fund on the Alien Zarya skin. I don’t get how to submit a ticket:/

I read this but I don’t get it. How do I submit a ticket?

I believe when you go to that page and click the button for overwatch, everything after that is part of the process of creating/submitting a ticket. When it says “Tell us about the issue” I think you just enter something about wanting a refund like the example in the link above.
