Hello everyone, Blizzard Customer Service of Europe have tweeted out they are currently investigating login and disconnection issues with a majority of players in their region:

Please avoid Competitive Play at this time if you live in that region. Penalties will still stand even if you continue to disconnect. Details on this policy here:
