Again... why was the Pharah and Mercy interaction removed (Edit: or still not fixed)

People have being asking for more than 2 years for a fix:

At some point between the Ana patch and the 2016 Summer Games people noticed the Mercy and Pharah’s spawn room voice interaction stopped triggering properly. Many users reported the problem in the bug report forum, but after 2 months the topic in the General Discussion received a dev response saying that the problem would be solved when the next patch(Winter Wonderland 2016) was up. During all that period the users also noticed other characters bugged voice interactions, for example, Tracer talk…

I made a post commenting about it on another bug, that is already fixed, so that means they saw that it was still bugged.

Missing symbol in one of Pharah's skins

In the character selection screen when Pharah has the Qinglong skin equipped the glowing symbol on her chest does not appear. It seems to be a problem in both the PC and PS4 versions. Ps.: Her voice interaction is still broken, for more than 2 years now.
