The game wasn’t developed by Blizzard. It’s not like they had their Diablo devs working on it. Hopefully the actual Blizzard dev team is still making D4.

I guess I am missing something since I don’t play Diablo, but why are the Diablo community hate so much on the new mobile game? I mean isn’t it just a spin off game?
We ( Diablo fans ) do not hate " mobile " games.
But we WANTED a PC Diablo.
We wanted
- Diablo 4
- Diablo 2 remaster
- add on for Diablo 3
- Nothing.
And what we get is a reskinned China Mobile game…
a MOBILE game… a PTW GAME…
“oh your healing potions are empty… click here to buy 5 potions for only 2.99 $ … or buy 25 for 4.99$ …”

Sadly this is the way of Activision.
Imagine Mercy mains on the forum after Rez gets removed and healing is reduced to 40 hp/s.
That’s how f.ed over Diablo fans feel like.
