I have brutal anger problems, I’ve been working on it for a while now. It is important to step back and think about things, who should you switch to? Can you communicate with the Moira? Sometimes these still don’t work, just try to remember that getting angry won’t fix anything. Try your best to laugh at things, your Moira runs in and dies? Laugh at it, it’s funny. Laugh to yourself, don’t laugh at them in game cuz that won’t fix anything. Being negative to yourself solves nothing, being negative to your team solves even less.
Take breaks from the game, every once in a while just take some time off. It could be an hour, it could be a day, it could be a week. Just take a break. I don’t want to get too real but it could be something from your real life that’s spilling into it. The opposite could also happen, if you keep getting stressed and rage at the game it’ll infect your real life as well. Going in with a positive attitude is a great start, keep that up. If you have one bad game and rage just stop playing. Try to maintain that positive attitude as much as you can in that bad game, but stop playing after it. You can’t expect to improve overnight, keep working at keeping that positive attitude in your games and it will eventually help.
If specific characters or parts of the game are annoying you then do some research on them, learn how to play new heroes, learn how to counter heroes.
And if something isn’t working, take a step back, breathe, assess the situation, and go in with a clear head. You can do it buddy
