Add these 2 comms to the wheel and 90% of useful comms will be covered

I’d honestly prefer if we could just customize our own comms wheel. I never use the hello or default voiceline slots because I have hello bound to a button and I select voicelines from their own independent wheel, so I’d prefer if I could swap in “you’re welcome” and “we need a tank!” voicelines into the main comms wheel instead.
