I got 2 games in a row with Ana mains in my team and tried to run the BOOSTIOOO meme (qp tho) and they didn’t nano anyone at all. Noone wants to meme with me apparently.
That’s what I meant by not trying to go for all the guns. The only people I know that have them all are the pros because this is what they do for a living.
People won’t take this seriously and choose good comps.

I believe it would be exactly like competitive off season, which is very, very minutely better than regular qp.
In my opinion, playing seriously includes playing a hero that benefits your team’s needs and being aware of team composition.
and why casual players cant have a golden weapon too?

I feel like people would just treat it as another quick play with the feel of competitive, i think the idea is great but there needs to be some off season that makes us want to treat it competitively and that’s where I get stuck when it comes to ideas itself
I feel like they’d at least take it as seriously as competitive, since it would have the normal comp rule enforcement and there would be a seperate mode for messing around.

Yeah they can have them. I got 4 myself only because I played way too much of this for a few months after release.
Like I said, I think it would be different if it were a dedicated mode instead of just a couple days between seasons.

It improves faster as you win, and doesn’t decrease.
dude i gave up competitive seasons ago cause of that feature. its unfair losing SR when you dont have a good team comp.
So, last night and this morning I decided I would try competitive for the first time. What a mistake. What a ****ing mistake. If I wanted to hate OW even more, I’d play comp. It’s not for me. It’s stressful, out of 8 games played, 2 of them had a leaver (so, 25% of my matches)… Half of them had someone who is toxic. Seriously, why keep a match going if it’s going to be a 5v6? And the game is all like: “If u leave to, then you’ll be penalized!” So, everyone is forced to waste their time for the duration of the match. Give me a ****ing break.
That said, I shouldn’t have to play competitive mode just to play a game where people actually try to win. I want to have fun, but I want to win too. An unranked mode works in Heartstone and Heroes of the Storm. I don’t see why it couldn’t work in Overwatch either.
FFS, people try harder to win in the arcade just because of the lootboxes.
