I noticed Glass Cannon didn’t unlock too. Broken event junk, I presume.
I just beat Uprising (Story) on Legendary and I got the spray but not the achievement. I think there’s some kind of bug or glitch or something. That was very difficult and I want my achivement for it…

it never popped up on screen but it showed up in my unlocked achievements a few days later… so I guess the answer is just to wait a few days for it to show up
