I wouldn’t worry about an exact accuracy stat too much.
Team comps influence it too much – for instance you are going to get far higher accuracy on Tracer in a game where you are focusing heroes like Roadhog versus a game where you are forced to duel an enemy Tracer.
You certainly need to be able to aim, but OW is a lot more about knowing what to do and when then aim a lot of the times.
