My friend’s account was wrongfully banned. He is not toxic, he’s played the game for 5+ years without as much as warning, let alone a suspension. The ban email he received did not provide any reason for the ban. We have been trying to contact a living, breathing person from Blizzard for weeks to get this issue resolved. Please Blizzard, someone reach out.
