Account-Specific Packet Loss on PS5 -Confirmed Profile issue

Hello Network Engineers,

I am posting here following a direct instruction from Game Master Therasray (Ticket ID review). I am experiencing severe, continuous packet loss and rubber-banding exclusively on my main Battle.net account on PS5, occurring in the Practice Range, Quick Play, and Competitive.

I have conclusively isolated this to an account-specific profile synchronization issue:

  • A secondary alternative account running on the exact same PS5 and the exact same wired network (Zzoomm ISP, UK) gets 0% packet loss and plays flawlessly.

  • My main account gets severe, constant packet loss across multiple separate networks (Wired fiber and Mobile Hotspot).

Game Master Therasray noted that ‘specific account-level data bloat’ or server-side synchronization anomalies are likely interacting poorly with active network handshakes on my main profile, but customer support lacks the tools to manually clear or migrate the profile shard. Since this occurs entirely solo in the Practice Range, it is explicitly an account payload error. Could a Blue/Engineer please take a look at my account’s data structure or force a backend cache clear on my profile? Thank you.
