About the new datacenter for players in the Middle East

Hi, I’m a PS4 player from Morocco.
Since this new server dropped, I’ve been having packet losses and the same deal for my friends then I’ve seen a gaming page that listed Morocco in the countries which get to play on this Middle East server so I’ve been confused since ever then. I really find that frustrating and demotivating to play since I get to experience packet losses for no reason which aren’t even caused by my internet which is fine. It’s much better to play on Europe server.

It’s also Blizzard’s fault for not explaining which countries get to use this server, so I’d like some clarification about it.

They may offer some clarification if you ask on the EU forum, since that’s where support is located for that server. As for the connection issues, there’s a connection test collection thread here, but they might be collecting those to pass on to the proper region.
