so lets say I chunk a orb into a enemy group. The longer time it is hitting them/more people it is hitting the cool down would just reduce slightly faster making her benefit from hitting her orbs.
if it is healing your team it’s the same thing. so if it’s doing both in middle of a big team fight it makes her orbs come up faster giving her either more healing or damage out put based on it. (I’d reduce the orb size or range though slightly I wouldn’t reduce the orb speed though because it would be too strong with this buff though.
