Roadhog doesn’t read as dissociated anything to me - he’s far too present and aware all the time according to his portrayal in Wasted Land. Wanting to ignore/escape his past by saying “this part of my life is dead” isn’t dissociating so much as just ignoring.
Junkrat being schizophrenic is more possible, but right now he’s more just “Hollywood insane” the way that Batman’s Joker is, even down to the same anti-authority terrorism. But I personally read him as either ADHD or autistic more than schizophrenic.
Also, I think you’re asking a bit much when it’s rare for any mentally divergent character to even name what they have. Symmetra is amazing because she is the first well known character to be confirmed as autistic.
